Branch network

Twelve branches serve Florida and Georgia, concentrated in Palm Beach County and the wider Southeast.

Each branch handles account service, notary appointments, and identity verification. Lobby hours run Monday through Saturday, with drive-up lanes opening earlier at most sites.

This network does NOT include shared-branch locations, which members can access through the CO-OP shared branching program at participating credit unions.

Thirty thousand surcharge-free ATMs across the US form the backbone of cash access, far exceeding the branch footprint.

Shared branching

Members can transact at participating credit union branches nationwide through CO-OP shared branching, using their ithinkfi account.

Deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments work at thousands of shared locations. Shared branches cannot open new accounts or handle notary work for ithinkfi members.

The digital location

For 68% of members, the app is the primary location: deposits, transfers, and support all live there.

Digital channels carry 95% of transactions. Branches remain essential for the short list of in-person services, but most weeks no branch visit is needed.

The data does not cover cash-intensive businesses, which still use branches heavily for deposits.

The branch locator in the app and portal lists hours, services, and live lobby traffic for every location.

Live traffic data updates every five minutes, so members can pick a quiet window. The locator also flags locations closed for holidays.

Initially we published static hours but found holiday closures caused confusion, so the live system replaced it in 2023.
